We work with two partner farmers in the area who raise pork and lamb to the same hormone-free, antibiotic-free standard we hold ourselves to. Most of this volume goes out around the holidays, with smaller availability through the year.

Heritage-leaning genetics, pasture-finished, processed at the same Des Moines locker. Sausage, bacon, chops, roasts, hams.
Lamb
Whole & half lambs.
Grass-fed, smaller batches, peak around spring. Chops, leg roasts, ground, shanks.
