Who we are

This site is operated by B & D Ag Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Prole Pastures. We're based in Prole, Iowa.

What we collect

When you reserve a share or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and any cut-sheet preferences you give us. When you pay, Stripe processes your card information directly — we never see or store the card number itself; we receive a token and a record of the transaction.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill your order: confirm the reservation, deliver invoices, communicate about pickup, and resolve any issues. We email you transactional updates (order confirmations, pickup reminders) by default. If you opt in to our newsletter, we'll occasionally email you about upcoming harvest windows.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the vendors that operate our platform: Stripe (payments and checkout), Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Google Workspace (email), and our processor's office at Maxwell Custom Beef (just enough to coordinate pickup). We never sell your data.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies, run analytics, or use ad tracking, and there are no customer accounts. The information we receive is what you choose to send us through a form or email.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@prolepastures.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and email anyone affected.
